Will be four people in the house including you. We are all girls so looking for a female only. We like to keep the house in clean and tidy condition so you must also respect that and clean after yourself. The rent is $125 per week including water bills. Electricity and internet are shared with other housemates. Bond is two weeks rent. The room is available now.
